Making a coiled basket can have be used for a variety or reasons, including the ability to carry much needed water. This four part tutorial teaches you how to make a coiled basket using the wilderness around you.
The first step is to make a primitive bone needle to "sew" the basket weave together. Second step is to find Yucca and make it into usable cordage. Steps three and four, involve the process of starting to weave the basket.
Having a basket to carry things in.. as well as possibly gather water in. To that end we are making a Coiled Basket.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful set of videos. You are a very good teacher. You are very good at explaining and demonstrating the process.
